I have continued to neglect this site and work in the garden and smell the flowers instead of worrying about the plight of humanity. Well, not quite. I have been writing and those thoughts continue to be a background I cannot shake loose. Thanks to the online journalists that search the news-of-the-world constantly to reveal the lies and misleading information that keeps a false oil economy roaring to oblivion.

I don’t know if the anti militarism stance that many clear thinking people held in September can say I told you so, but the situation as it exists today is remarkably similar to how we viewed it at that time. The Boston Globe article by James Carroll, “ Bad weather over America” that was reprinted on truthout.com really hit the nail on the head. It has even caused some of my Republican friends to take pause at the actions of the Bushites.

I have added a new blog for my online poetry etc. I added it to the links, Grass & Gravel Times. Give it a look and give me some feed back.

I also added a link to the internet radio links: Studio 360. It is a great show. One that I do not miss; right up there with Bill McGlaughlin on St. Paul Sunday. I have added that link also. I need to get a feature written about it. Both of these shows deserve a discussion group. One more thing for my todo list I guess. Maybe I need to recruit another leader ;+)
